On the 31st of January I organize a Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork & Moodboard Creation Workshop from 10AM – 12PM in Sauveterre La-Lémance at the Yogaloft.
The Cacao Ceremony & Breathwork practices will support us to tune in with our hearts, what are you longing for in 2025? What would you like to attract in 2025? Manifesting your dreams by connecting with your body & soul. Feeling the desires before going into the Moodboard Workshop.
We practice some breathing exercises, to open our hearts and ground deeply within our bodies. This will support you to connect with the feelings of your desires. After this practice, we dive into the mood board creation.
